knock from off side rear

My car has just developed an occasional knock from the off side rear.  It only happens occasionally and when hitting a bump, especially when braking when the back end is lighter.  Any ideas what the likely cause is?

Rear drop link would be the first thing i would check,other that anti roll bar bushes,rear shock/spring.....check calipers are tight.
