Black or blue?

Torn between colours, I have a pre facelift blue 2.

Just spoke to Raymond (I think) in Swansea and he asked me what colour?!?!  I never thought about this before .....

BLACK or BLUE?

The black is better quality material.

Personally I would go for black on looks too.

Personally I would go blue.

When the roof is up the car will look less recognised as being a convertible and when the roof is down the roof will be more camouflaged behind the seats and therefore look part the car. Rather than the big black roof which is tucked away behind the seats.

I wonder it they do a silver roof?  s:lol: :lol: s:lol:

Definitely blue on blue.  Shall in the future be having a blue on silver eventually!

Is Andy Ayres car blue with a blue roof?.

You get what you pay for some seam joints and fit around rear panel around window on some cars aren't top drawer, if you zoom in on Toms pik you can see the rear issues, black is probably the best material he uses



If you want top drawer quality and real Haartz mohair it's going to cost over twice his price but IMHO worth it but mines a long term keeper and was the last job I wanted done, everything else has been sorted

He was very happy for the money.
If you want perfection then pay twice as much.
I believe that is what bernie and steve among others did.
Locally i think they want 750 quid roughly.

For me as long as the top keeps me dry i aint too bothered.

He put a blue on my blue. I'm pretty happy with it. The fit around the back of the passenger window is not perfect (good, but not perfect). It's a handmade roof, so there are bound to be variations, and it cost half the price of most others. I like it, and I'm happy with it.

The Sun is out, the sky is blue,
The roof is down on my MR2,
And I\'m grinning, grinning ear to ear!
