+1 on the white spirit.

It will work for quite a time after you apply the tigerseal so no need to panic.

Would you recommend tiger seal for putting on a JDM badge on the front? I have gorilla double sided tape which should work.

Double sided foam tape such as 3M is usually the way to go for badges etc, not familiar with the Gorilla tape but if it's foam sandwiched then crack on.
Sikaflex is messy and relatively expensive for sticking badges on, unless you've got some lying around then by all means use it but it's a pain to remove if you want to change anything.

If the badge has pins like the oem one you don't really need any adhesive as it sits in place nicely. Also means nice and easy to take off when polishing....and back on again.

Yep, just double sided tape for the badge. A nice thin one should do as you want it to sit on the bonnet and not above it. Lots of automotive tapes on ebay if the gorilla one is a thick one.

Sikaflex doesnt last long once you have opened the tube and would be overkill for the badge.
