Rear lip spoiler

I have just bought a lip spoiler but was wondering exactly where to position it.

Any help or pics would be great.

There is a good many different ´rear lip spoiler´s about.

I have a 2000 year model with dealer fit option spoiler on it that fits quite well. I took it off last year to paint it as the top surface had started to craze a little. 2 Pictures attached, I have more with it off the car showing fitting locations etc if yours is of this type.
