I'm buying one of the Kanjo subframes and fitting it next summer 2025 back in the UK.
At the same time, I'm fitting these, the full package:

(Paul at Woodsport has told me that they have now shut down for fitting because of covid, but still can sell the subframes and he was happy to adjust the frame to accept the SMT pumps ect)

I fitted new KYB shocks and springs and related parts 2 years ago now -
(And I know nothing so be kind), - I'm also looking to replace all the other rusted parts too, like the:
1. Sway bays,
2. Drop links,
3. Front control arms,
4. Link/coupling rods,
5. Coupling Rod, stabiliser bars

and anything else I find before I come back.

What are the recommendations for all these parts with their brands and why?
I particularly need recommendations for the sway bars front and rear.
I'm currently looking at the Cusco bars, but don't know enough to confidently buy them.

I'm not tracking the car but I have some very windy twisty mountain roads right on my doorstep here in Spain which make for very lively drives.

I'm also looking for recommendations to set them up in Scotland as I'll be up just north of Edinburgh Aug 2025, but could be anywhere as I'm taking the car back via the Plymouth ferry.

I can't answer your question but am in a very similar position of collecting the parts for a suspension overhaul. I bought the Whiteline anti-roll bars in a Black Friday deal last year but when I took a closer look at my suspension arms and bushings I decided to replace those too. I now have a set of very tidy stock rear arms with bushings removed and a set of Superpro bushings to put in. New febi-bilstein front arms which I'm also going to swap to superpro bushings plus a set of more sturdy Roadnutz droplinks. I thought I'd also have new track rods/ends put on while at it and replace the crusty brake dust shields.

Reading on here, everyone seems to have their own opinion of the perfect suspension set up. I personally like my car to be tight and responsive and I don't mind it being a bit firm. I already have some solid chassis bracing and coilovers so this feels like the next step.
