Seat backs

I have fabric seats and the driver's side bolster is showing signs of wear. One possibility is to swap seat backs with the passenger side, or can the fabric unzip and swap over? Are the backs exchangeable either complete or just fabric? I wonder if the zip is pulled how easy it is to get back properly.

Seat backs are interchangeable, a lot easier than swapping the covers.

Thank you!That should put the wear and tear relatively out of the line of sight. The zip looked the easier solution without having looked at uncoupling the seat back but sometimes it is difficult to get that sort of thing back without twists and creases, or the zip fails!
