Title: Constant live in frunk?
Post by: SDB278 on July 5, 2017, 22:19
Is there a constant live under the frunk plastics that I can tap into to connect the lead and plug for my ctek battery charger / conditioner?

Possibly piggy back fuse from the frunk fuse box?

Not sure if the constant live for the radio starts in the frunk. Otherwise I can go through the bulkhead from the frunk to get to the radio live.

Connector lead has inline fuse.

The plan is to hide all wiring under the frunk plastic and for the connector plug to exit behind the front number plate.

Why don't I just connect to the battery from the back......because where I have to park I can only go in front wards otherwise I can't open the drivers door, and running the leads and charger under the car constantly is a right pain!

I am after the same information. Want to install the Halo DRL/LED fogs from the group buy and the instruction says that here is a wire for the wiper motor that I can use for a constant live. Can anyone suggest which one exactly it is? Thanks!
