Is this some sort of tracker found under my stereo

I found this little black box stuck to the bottom of my cup holder/ashtray.
Is it some sort of tracking unit?

That would be the microwave sensor for the alarm.

In the rear box section, behind the drivers seat, just below the the rear storage doors, covered by the floor carpet.  s:D s:D
