Upgrading lights on Import

So if we stick facelift lights on a prefaclift import what is the deal with fog lights?

The new lights contain foglights but does the car have a swithc? Wiring, etc?

It will depend how the fog light is wired up on the car with the pre facelift lights. For example, my fog light is wired into the rear cluster, other imports sometimes have an additional light located on their bumper. The car in question, if roadworthy must have one or the other. The wiring needs to be added along with the switch etc if this is being added for the first time.

You'd think that the wiring for it would be in the main loom already? Could it be that switching the rear lights and the short piece of loom from light to main loom is all that needed?
