Stereo from a Celica - how to get it to work...

I'm wanting to replace my Sony tape/CD HU for one of the Toyota CD HU's - the one with the big chunky buttons.  Tried fitting it and it won't work!!!

In the Celica there are four connections going into the back, however my MR2 only has two.

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do please?
