door card mod

hi guys,,,,,looking to fit speakers externally to door cards. got a couple of questions beforehand.  firstly,,,will the grill pop off?,,,,,,will the whole pocket and grill pop off as one?.    tempted to try and force the grill off, but afraid I may break something. some advice would be great.

discovered that door pocket can be removed, although it is plastic riveted.  grill is moulded to pocket panel. grill is slightly oval.
