Stereo Wiring Problem

Sorry, I'm sure this has been covered before but I removed the standard fl stereo today and found that it has four plugs connected to it. Can someone please help me identify which are which, power, speakers, electric aerial etc. Thanks for your help.

If you buy the Toyota iso adapter on eBay it will be plug and play and priced at around £5.
Not worth cutting the factory loom
