The "Stock" alarm

Atleast I think its the stock alarm, it sits in the front wheel well underneath the spare wheel.
Mine is Ludicrously Quiet, almost so quiet that you can barely hear it from outside the car when its going off...is this normal??

You can move it so it's much louder.
