1zz cylinder heads

Quick question to the experts on here, my cylinder head on my new engine lacks the second coolant port from the oil filter housing to the cylinder head itself, can i just drill and tap it?

You have an MR-S engine.  The cyilnder head is different and it doesn't have the heat exchanger for the oil.  It will be fine as it is.
