Take the frunk plastic surround out.  For PFL: Reach in and unplug the connector.  Pull the rubber cover off.  Release the spring clip that retains the bulb.  Remove the bulb. Reverse the process.

I haven't done a FL one, so doubtless someone will explain that shortly.

Add swear box for replacing the spring clip.

Go to a meet where @tomaky is attending & get his skinny fingers to fix the spring back in to place for you  ;)

After two hours trying to get that clip on, this turned out to be much less frustrating and quicker in the end (and honestly not as hard as it looks!)

Really ??
Blimey, I must have small hands as I never had any issues at all.

You were blessed that day.

I have small hands but still nearly cried with frustration and bleeding finger tips.

If I have to do it again, the  @Trebordoody route looks a winner.

Never had a problem with the headlight bulb change - really easy the big problem is getting the sidelight bulb holder off and I dont have big hands either but that little devil is impossible in the cold!
