Finally after 7 months of wrangling with Toyota, I collected my new car this morning - already done 230 miles in it, and about to do another 1000 or so over the weekend travelling to Essen.
It's good to be back in a '2 s:bounce: :bounce: s:bounce:

Nice one Steve and it will be nicely run in by the time you return.
Did you get your springs etc off the black one?
Steve
Congratulations. A long wait, but worth it in the end.
Some pictures of the car (with windscreen sticker) in Essen would be nice.

Got to figure out how to turn of the TC first though.
I think he did turn it off - or at least that's what I thought he said.... s:shock:  s:shock:

Steve tends to drive with it permanently off s:wink:  s:wink: - I'm surprised he doesn't just remove the whole of his ABS assembly.. but then that's the compromise you have to make getting a new model SMT s:? :? s:?

Yep, that's what he said... but Steve also seemed to be suggesting that even with it turned off it still beeped madly at him and interfered.
I guess at least it doesn't do the TopGear Holden ABS on trick s:) :) s:)
you can not turn VSC off, even TRC will cut in at some point (if you have it at off as well)
