Title: TRD clutch + stock release bearing = ?
Post by: Tem on December 9, 2003, 15:11
Anyone know if TRD clutch is supposed to be used with the stock release bearing?

I assume it is, cause they don't seem to have a bearing for sale (and the clutch disc or cover didn't include anything but the disc+cover), but want to be sure of it...

(obviously the old stock bearing is coming off and new one is going in, while things are open)

Doesn't one come with the pressure plate?

The majority of aftermarket clutchs utilise the stock release bearing. As "Tem" has mentioned please don't be tempted to re-fit the old one, buy a new one.

Hope that helps.
