Title: Toyota and Lexus Electronic parts catalogue
Post by: loadswine on September 17, 2008, 10:31
A very helpful chap over on TwoBrutal posted a link he had stumbled upon, to an online EPC for all Toyotas and Lexus cars with prices ( Euros)
I thought I'd pass it on , in case any of you guys might find it useful.

Cool looks good, as for the prices being in euros, looks like they get them cheaper and its pretty much 1:1 for the prices here. I rang toyota this morning for a price on 2nd gear synchro (might chuck one in when box is rebuilt, but thats a whole other story  s:) :) s:) )  £61 inc vat and on there, if im looking at the right thing it looks like €59
outputshaft bearing €72 was bout £72 too

Nice find Nigel   s8) 8) s8)

As for your point Ed, don't forget our Affiliate Chris @ CTP. He can couple the benefit of mainland Europe prices with delivery to your door in the UK.

Title: Another helpful website....

Not sure if this is in the right place or not and/or/if someone wants to add it to a sticky somewhere but I came across this site via another forum i use. I know there are a lot of people who have the BGB and there is more than enough help from the clever people on here but..... another tool in the arsenal can't hurt.

http://www.toyodiy.com

The parts search function i imagine would be of particular use to people!!

NB: It is still under construction however useful bits are (or at least they were for me) working and i think it has potential to be of use - also for owners of other Mr.T makes and models.

I am sure that this one is known about, but just in case it isn't... I found an illustrated parts catalogue for the '2 (and other Toyotas) here:  m http://kcm-service.sakura.ne.jp/parts_s ... &cartype=1 (http://kcm-service.sakura.ne.jp/parts_store/toyota/figlist.php?maker=toyota&type=211130&cartype=1) m

Useful in conjunction with the ToyoDIY site to check that the description is really for the part you want!
