There are no known suits from within anyone in the online community, and TBH, if their were, the details would likely not be shared due to legal complications.
Raising law suits against large companies isn't my idea of fun and would be extremely costly. Far better is to get the media involved which is much more cost effective on your part and usually gets adequate results. I suggest you PM Peter Labourne as he's been down this route with problems with his car.
