Ask CTP on here, I got one for a good price,  can't remember precisely but it wasn't over £20

EDIT ok I should have clicked your link first, mine was on a PFL which is a much smaller bit of plastic. I need one of those too for my spare FL rear bumper. Probably still worth trying CTP however.

I think I understand your confusion....
In your first link, they are talking about the shiny black bit (sort of) triangular in shape. Often known as a Facelift Bumper Insert.
In your second link, they are talking about the little piece of plastic grill that fits inside the Facelift Bumper Insert, the Towing Eye Cover.
