We've been beavering away. Despite all my protestations, we're building another (perhaps 2!).
God knows why- but we are.

Sigh, déép sigh....
Today had one of those very, véry rare moments that I could have done with more oompf cornering. This would sure be thé answer.
If at first you DO succeed, add add more boost.
We're making two complete sets of mounts, one for use and one to be kept as the pattern for future production.
Then we'll make all the other parts required (rest of inlet and exhaust manifold) for one complete installation.
What we do with it, I'm not sure. I've decided to keep my MR S standard spec.
If anyone (with some spannering talent) is interested, it might be available.
Superb news!
Is this m62? Would tvs1320 fit in the same location?

If you want to take things that far swap the whole mini engine in.
Assume the tvs is bigger with a charge cooler.
Depends how tight Carolyn's install is. Also will it blow a stock 1zz to bits?

I will be building an engine anyways and I like the idea of a bigger engine feel plus less heat compared to a turbo. Just started reading on twin screw superchargers and it seems that the upgraded one is way better.
The Mini supercharger is an Eaton M45.
We weren't interested in going for massive power - not on a standard 1ZZ.
We were trying to get extra low-down grunt, which is what we got.

this is were its more practical to have to in my thoughts,
give me better acceleration than top end high speed any day

Oh yes, I had fun with my Saab and tailgaters, when cruising a stamp down on the accelerator brings in the turbo boost and it's bye bye gater.
Or so I am told that one could do so! Traffic conditions and speed limits observed of course.

That could be used interchangeably when describing a supercharger or me.

:) you have a lovely play ground area :)
