Title: Happy new year!
Post by: Bugster_MR2 on December 31, 2021, 17:01
Happy new year from the cold north, everyone. :)

Initiated new years eve with a drive in beautiful afternoon weather with some skids in my TTE turbo. Looking forward to summer of 2022 and less covid-problems!

Have a nice evening!

I wonder if there is a "Bubbly" app you can use? You are currently on 25.5 MPB!

Not a drop of alcohol last night :)
I was awake for midnight, which is a novelty.

Late to the party as always , but Happy New Year everyone .

I had a lovely drive from West Dorset to Bicton Park in Devon yesterday .

Started off at minus 1 degree , but it was a lovely drive with the top down - the Mk3 has a fantastic heater .

The car got plenty of stares , partly because it was top-down .

But partly because just before Christmas the Toyota bonnet logo fell off , and I noticed that the bonnet holes were exactly the same orientation as the 2 pins in a spare Ferrari Prancing Horse logo that I had , so I slotted that in instead .

My Mk3 is red , and you could see some at Bicton Park saying to themselves :  Is this a mini-Ferrari ?

Take care all
