Title: Gearshift mounts

Mr2 ben have a mount kit. Any reviews from  members?

 actually i realised they are cable bushings ithink, i want the base plate mounts,
Anywhere to get sokid base plate mounts?

Not seen those ones above before but all the ebay style ones do is raise the cage and hence gearknob, when you put on a shortshift kit which lowers the gearknob.

If you just want to lose the sloppiness and movement caused by the oem rubber bushes, all you have to do is remove the oem bushes and bolt the cage straight down to the floor, job done!

I would say taking out the oem bushes and trying it is the way to go as you will know if that is all you need to do for what you are looking for?
