Title: FL head lights on a PFL
Post by: TheTigerUK on November 16, 2022, 12:40
How much of a job is it wiring wise to do the swap ? I know physically the swap is a pain in the bottom at least from what i've seen it is.

But.  PFL headlights are less prone to internal yellowing.  I know you like shiny, But the originals are the better unit, I reckon.

Removing the front bumper isn't hard and you're easily done taking it off in less than 20 mins.

Watch a few vids etc first- only place that catches people out is the bolt inside the mud guard that is visible by pulling away at the guard.

What the ad' doesn't tell you is that when high beam is selected, low beam goes off.  And so negates the light improvement of the FL's.

There's a guy on one of the facebook groups who supposedly did convert his car in about 25 minutes.  And fully-working. I don't know how though.

The bumper doesn't need undone underneath. It can be tilted forward.
