Having found this on the www I thought it may be of interest to some Members, it describes making replacement bushes by machining or moulding.

Ingenuity points for sure, think I'd be leaving delrin for the track and the track alone!

Some on here don't need much encouragement to try things out, usually safely, but yes the track is the place for any experimentation.

I was thinking more from a comfort perspective, but maybe I'm just getting old!

I had no thought of using the ideas for myself, just that they may be of interest to others.
A liking for comfort is not necessarily age related, a hair shirt is a hair shirt, no matter the age of the wearer.

I gave this a go over lockdown on a set of old engine mounts, turned out practically solid so resigned to the shelf for now (if I build another starlet for track I'll give them a go)
