Article in Sunday Times Section 9, Driving. Frankfurt Motor Show. Shows new 2. did'nt know it was designed in the South of France. New 2 called CS&S stands for (Compact Sports & Speciality). Just in case you don't know it will be powered by a 1.5 litre petrol engine driving the rear wheels and a electric motor powering front wheels. There will be no windscreen or weather protection, ideal for our climate. It will have four seats two of which (rear) will be concealed below a sliding conopy.

Except its not a MR2, its a Compact Sports & Speciality concept. I doubt it will ever go into production.

No only is it ugly as hell, it also looks like a 1950 wartburg.

Out of interst I asked my dealer about the facelife 2004. He said he had not heard anything about it, not even roumors, but he said he would ask his contacts and when he gets a reply he would let me know.
