What is wrong with this picture?

I look forward to it Dev, looks good.  In response to Tems post, has anyone else done anything about the lip that runs along the length of the car just beneath the skirts.  It looks really shabby sometimes and have been wondering what to do about them.  Anyone have any suggestions?

 I dont know what you are refering to. Maybe you can explain in detail or a picture would help me.

I have put the project on hold because I had another failure and I have been very busy trying to fill my keyhole cover orders. I should have some free time this week to try again.

I'll try and get a photo up tomorrow. But  in the mean time.  in your last pic Dev it's the last thing you can see at the bottom of the car (just underneath)
