I have the official line from AutoArt.

They have never released this model in blue, and do not intend on doing so. They claim they only make the colours that are popular in the real car. Apprently no-one has a blue MR2 Roadster (well we all know its probably too cool and too fast for most folk).

Shame, as I desperately want one.
