Can someone tell me how you get the picture/graphics on the left hand side when you make a post, Is the URL location C:/ etc?

You have to put the picture to net first. Other people can't see images from your computer  s;) ;) s;)

If it's MR2-related, you can use  w www.spydermagazine.com w  library for example...

(and then just add the url to your profile)

As Tem said, you need to have the image hosted on a web server somewhere so thet it is available 24hrs a day. Then, in the Avatar panel you put the web address where the image is residing, eg.

<example>http://www/spydermagazine.com/files/Viggsavatar.jpg</example>
