I'm not even going to attempt to drive now. The road outside my house is permanently in the shade and with the cars going over the snow it has turned it to ice. I've just chipped some away and it is at least 15mm thick.

You can make out a few tyre tracks from where drivers have tried to turn but just slid and clouted the kerbs. Sod doing that to my alloys.

And just to prove it:

The arrow points to my house (cos why would I point it at someone elses?). The grey road outside my house (in fact all the roads you can see) is actually ice. Can anyone blame me for not taking my car out?
