Headlight orientation

Hi. Can someone tell me which screws move the headlight orientation left/right , up:down. It's been bugging me a while now that my left headlight is pointing up and too far to the left! I've tried moving the little screws but the movement Is only minimal and takes a while and I can't seem to notice which does which! It moves, I take it out and realise it's either worse or slightly better!
