Blistering Alloys on an extended/Club Toyota Warranty

I've had my 2000 '2 for about 7 months and noticed that 3 of the 4 wheels are starting to blister.  When I bought it 2nd hand from Mr T last year they all appeared to be in good order (this was one of the first things I checked!)

Has anyone been in the situation with blistering alloys on a '2 with a CLUB Toyota 12 month warranty?  This in theory should give you the same deal as a new 3 year warranty - but with the ongoing alloys issue with Mr T I'm not so sure I'd have much luck if I tried to get them changed.

Thanks Phil4 - seems a bit of a grey area doesn't it.  I'll try my luck but I can see me getting them refurbed in the end.  

I might leave it a while as I 've just had £1000 of warranty stuff done due to a rattling tensioner and failed power steering pump.
