What is wrong with this roof?

Nearly bought this on eBay but there is something wrong with the window. I think!!
Or the catches are not fastened.

I wonder if the cables at the rear are a bit strange.

It has come away below the seal on the bodywork allowing too much movement to the glass,guess they could have loosened fixings when removing interior or rested something on it?There is no glue above the bodywork seal.
