Route suggestions: Western/Central Alps

Am starting to plan the details of my week down in the alps in a couple of weeks time.

Plan to be based in a mates hotel nr a place called La Clusaz (45mins in Alps from Geneva), will be doing some day trips out from there and also maybe some longer overnight excursions to catch some great roads (e.g Stelvio   s:D s:D  ).

I know that all the roads and views out there are amazing, but any recommendations in that region for me to try out??
