Hi guys, need to whip engine/box out and refit in my other car. Id love to do this myself, but tight for time. Any recommendations please?

Just thinking, when these cars were put together, the engine/gearbox assembly, probably with suspension attached, was pushed up under the car, and a few bolts tightened. Has anyone done this in reverse? Id like to use this method to swap motors.
