Wierd Mod

I've seen a fair few wierd mods, but what just drove past was bizzarre.  Olde rover thing (never liked 'em so can't remember the number), de badged, blacked out windows, big alloys, lowered suspension, drain pipe exhaust, and just where the radiator would be, a whacking great solar panel.

What's that all about?

And before you ask, the car didn't sound like a milkfloat... well not entirely, it did as it approached, but had the normal petrol engine noise as it passed by.

Got my stumped.

A Rover, lowered, alloys and solar panel. Sure you were not thinking of this?
