A684?

Currently doing a bit of a road trip visiting bits of Britain that I've not been to before.  In York at the moment and in a couple of days will be going to the lake district and thought that I'd go via the A684 through the Dales.
Is that a reasonbly driving road?

Well having now driven it I can say that it is quite an intresting road but can't be driven that fast. Very twisty with lots of blind crests and corners. Good for sight seeing with great views.
