I've only seen one facelift with preface lift front lip and it looked nice. Same basic shape to bumper just need to cut the centre section to fit the smaller facelift bumper. Post some pictures when you have fettled.

I will look for a picture, I wouldn't imagine it would be a difficult job for a bodyshop, I considered it when I couldn't find my front spats.
