Seen a silver 05, looks pretty standard from photos, full Toyota history, 10 stamps with 98,000 locally. A bit higher mileage than I wanted & checked on DVLA website and for last few years it's been doing on average 15,000 annual mileage. This seems high IF oil has only been changed once in 12 months? Am I just getting paranoid? After selling Chilli with low mileage and carefully driven I kinda worry but I suppose that's a risk you take for a car just over £2k? Shall need a good look at rear crossmember too?  Any advice AGAIN would be greatly received! I wonder if Adam will sell Chilli back to me?!! Don't think so somehow!    s:( :( s:(

Mine is tucked up for the winter now again but may be too much at what your looking to pay . Done 10,700 miles from new fsh and absolutely mint, but won,t see day light till summer , 2003 blue. But may look to sell in summer .
There will be one come up several about.

Yep virtually brand new which is why would take a good offer for me to sell, I pop in the garage and think should I , shouldn't I so will wait till summer and see again. It's not used enough.

Is anyone really going to sell theirs for even double 2k if it's low mileage in cherished condition? I know I wouldn't!

Hi Jane it would have to be edging near £6k for me to part with it, it's totally standard apart from TTE twin exhaust Which I bought brand new from Toyota, i have the original which only done 5300 miles, it's been waxoyled underneath and like new underneath, never seen rain and is as brand new . It's a summer toy for me as I have a RAV4 for work and Lexus RX . Still in two minds as I'm sure there's not another in the country as good in my opinion.

Sounds fantastic Lurch - sadly it's out of my price range.  If I were you, I would keep it forever as I'm sure you would regret it if you sold it like I did with Chilli! Keep looking after it and thanks again for answering.

No problem Jane I know it's quite a bit on money but don't really want to part with it so why it would have to be a good amount of money. It's like looking at a brand new motor every time I uncover her in the garage .Will keep my eyes open for you up in Suffolk if I see one in good condition and low miles will let you know, hope father Xmas finds you a good one.

Yeh thanks, old Chilli was first registered on 21st Dec 2002, I reckon she was a Christmas present before I got her! Hope Adam remembers her birthday! Ha ha. Thanks for looking for me!

Seems a decent price for a low mileage 2005. Any use to you Chiili Girl?

This sounds brilliant. It's a shame I'm so far away!  I have enquired via internet now, thanks a lot. I wonder if anyone on the forum is nearby who could take a look for me?  I'd be really grateful as it's the price I want to pay and it's the later 2 that I was interested in?

Never used Gumtree so don't know much about it! It sounds a good car if it is genuine. I'm getting excited!

It's about 40 miles from me but a pita to get to since the Forth Bridge has been closed.

No news back for the Gumtree one so I would presume it may've been sold BUT found an 03 low mileage nearby that I'm going to take a look at on Fri pm. Don't fancy going on my own much, it's abit scary?  Does anyone fancy a trip to see it and check it out with me?   s:) :) s:)
