Windscreen pillar surround

Is it still possible to buy, I'm guessing stainless steel windscreen pillar surround, I've looked online and could not see any, also are they fairly straight forward to fit

It was a JDM option, it's a chrome 3 piece trim and very rare here, it is now no longer available best way to achieve would be wrapping
