3m headlight restoration kit

I bought one of these kits to do my headlights, one came up great and the other one came up pretty crap, trouble is I've run out of compound to repeats certain steps. Any ideas?

Steve I have done my lights with solvosol metal polish ,from most auto shops ,mask the body panel with masking tape use an slectric drill with polish muff put  the solvol  all over the light and  polish all over untill the plastic starts to clear then
 use a50 50 mix of auto glim car polish and solvol paste repeat the polishing then use polish only and polish again buff off polish with soft cloth to shine and clear light Magic.

Have done mine with standard T Cut, they werent too bad to start and have come up really good.  Have since heard that T cut do a specific headlamp polish which might work for you.

2000 x reg pfl - blue - as original no mods
In the late 1980's
1982 x reg Toyota Corolla Liftback Coupe (also blue)
1978 s reg Mitsubishi Celeste Coupe (yellow)
