Thanks guys  :-) :-) :-)  I'm basically going to see out today and tomorrow contracting at my old company and then take pretty much the next month off to enjoy the family (and DIY) bit generally just try to enjoy everything and everyone

I took a fairly hefty pay cut to take up my current job. I now have the advantage of gaining 3 hours of my life back every work day. Went from a 4 hours a day commuting back and forth to a little over an hour.
I took a hit of almost 10k but Weighing it up tho I no longer have to spend 5.5k a year on a season ticket and car parking

The new place is 10 mins up the road, and yeah it was also a 10k cut- but hey, I'm hoping to really enjoy my 9-5 now!

What a pain in the arse.

Has the tape pulled the paint off, or is that just tape we're seeing left there? I bet that can come off without paint damage with a bit of care.
