re instating alarm siren

ever since having the 2 have noticed the siren was missing, when i first got it had all the lights flashing all the time i opened the door, this has now been resolved with new keys and sorting out the transponder. Anyway finally got a new siren, took all the frunk apart to fit, previous owner just cable tied the wire to the beam that runs under the spare wheel holder. Went to plug in and found (owwww the plugs not the same!) thought id got the wrong one. After studying many pictures i realised there is another small link wire between siren and wiring loom, have now got one luckily from local scrappy so will fit it up in the near future. So if anyone else has to do this make sure you have all the wires that may be missing and not aware of. Hopefully this is helpful to somebody.
