Cat Delete - Post Cat Sensor

Quick one.

Finally got the 2ZZ into the MR2 but struggling to sort out the post cat sensor, is it easy to fool the ECU?  Getting a p0141 error.

I have searched and found someone putting a resistor in place but not how they did it.

Can anyone help who might have either deleted their cat or got a 2zz installed?
