Soft top change

Booked in for a new soft top at Jack Smiths, providing I can still travel in a few weeks, he did mention to check the "bottom pockets" are ok prior to going down and to get a new set if need be, so, what should I be looking for as I haven't looked yet

They're called side gate seals, not sure if the attached part numbers are accurate but a starting point at least.You cannot view this attachment.
