63mm extended wheel studs, Black Nuts & 15mm Slip on Hubcentric spacers on the rear so they sit similar to the fronts.

Pretty happy visually with it now.

Been and Greased the squeaky clutch fork this morning and what a difference.

Lovely light clutch now and totally silent.

Fitted one of the @Snelbaard UJ boots today so hopefully that keeps the new UJ in tip top condition for years to come.

And added an Ultraracing front brace.

3D printed flush fit centre cap test fit, more work to do but getting there.

For sale soon if anyone is looking for a well sorted car, all the major jobs have been done.

Advert will go up when i've taken some current photo's, but it's just sat stored at my work and I don't like to see it doing nothing when someone could be enjoying it.

Well, that was a brief affair! Will you be treating another 2 to some TLC or has a newer model caught your attention?

Sorn it until spring not a good time to sell IMHO
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

I know,

I really like the car and after all the work it's maybe seems a little daft to sell it, but it does my head in walking past it in he warehouse at work everyday and seeing it gathering dust.

I have a normal/boring car to use daily and over winter so it just wont get used.

I think in reality, It's such a clean car and i don't want to expose it to winter... I like to tinker and have jobs/modifications to keep me entertained, but all of them have now been done so it will sit now until spring which seems a waste.

I generally don't read the build threads as they tend to make me jealous. Partly of others' skills but mostly their facilities  :))

Saw your FS thread so took a look at your build. I have to say, if I were looking for an MR2 I'd bite your hand off at that. Superb example - everything that needs sorted is sorted.

Matt P posted on FB recently on the retail value of these cars in reference to the value being in the work done rather than age & service history etc. According to that rationale, I'd say you're underpriced. The new owner will have won a watch. GLWTS.

Thank you,

As a result of having access to good working facilities when I buy a car I tend to go out of my way to make it as good as I can, to enjoy myself.

I don't do it to make money or to then move them on.

This normally means however I spend a fortune fixing years of neglect and lose my arse when selling, but i always try to be fair with price.

You must be someone who gets enjoyment from doing a job well and then letting someone else enjoy the benefit. A rare breed.
