Koni question

So my old suspension is shot and wanted to fit Koni but someone told m that not all Kyb shock will accommodate them. Is this true?

I haven't read that.  Get the person that told you to provide his source....??

As far as I know the struts were used from '99 - '06, so I can't see why the Mk3 might be affected.

I have never heard anything like that either. As far as I knowt here is only one type of kyb shock.

I suppose that you can get Sachs shocks instead of kybs for the car. Maybe the konis dont fit them?

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. Found an old thread on here and from the pics the shocks look the same. What worried me is that the fronts are getting smaller on the top of the strut.
