Looks like the shifter cable linkage washer and clip, gearbox side.

I forgot to mention, the OD is 33mm, so I don't think it's that as this washer is much bigger.

Any other ideas?!

Thanks all. Now solved.

The washer is from the power steering pump and the clip is from a ball joint (not related).
