Gtechniq C4 vs Meguire Trim Restorer

Does anyone have experience of either of these products?  I want to try and get the trim below the windscreen back to black.

As usual the internet provides a wide selection of good results for both products interspersed with  a few unhappy users.  The C4 is more pricey and you get less, but if applied correctly it lasts for years according to the blurb.

Before i make a decision i wonder if anyone here has a trusted view (or any other good alternatives)
