You will have a permanent grin on your face. Permanent! You have been warned.
Sure you can live without 500hp, but it\'s languishing.

Yes getting it from Sims, trading in a Celica, and they have always been very good about that (not that anything ever went wrong!).

The same, and the noticeable stone chips get really depressing as well.  I'm sorting mine out now hence the depression.

Having said this it just shows I've driven it a lot (and really enjoyed it).  s:D :D s:D    s:D :D s:D

Lateral Gs: You can sustain at least 1.0 with good fresh tires and suspension changes.  I havn't exceeded the limit since fitting new S-03s, but I think it is somewhere between 1.05 and 1.1.  That's without an LSD, but with weight reduction in the neighborhood of 80-100lbs.  US '03 model.  What will it do stock?  I'm not sure.  A G-Tech Road Racing model peformance meter is a very cool gadget and will let you find out, plus you can program shift lights and G limit warning lights.

Yes, you'll have permagrin for quite some time.  Some people feel the urge to make improvements, yet others are quite happy with the car as it comes from the factory.

I recommend a TRD header and some sort of intake unless you are the type to want much more performance (engine swap or turbo) right away.

Audio: At least replace the door speakers if you care much about sound quality.

You have lots of reading to do, mate.   s:wink:  s:wink:

Out of curiosity: how does that device manage to make all those measurements 'from the cigarette lighter'?  It doesn't seem to require any kind of connection to the engine or electronics.

It has a number of accelerometers (sp?) to work out most of the data, it plugs into the cigarette lighter socket to determine engine RPM's from the voltage differences.

Back OT please  s:wink:  s:wink:

just remember if your feeling the car sliding to one side. Just keep the right foot on the gas. Otherwise your weight of the car when going through the corner is gonna change quickly and you won't have time to save the car from doing something silly
